Hi there! I’m a London-based set and costume designer with over ten years’ experience working across theatre and performance in the UK and internationally.

What I love most about designing is the process. Every project brings a new story, a new group of people and a completely different set of possibilities. I love working with directors, designers and creative teams to pull ideas together, explore what something could be, and figure out how we can make it happen.

Over the years I’ve worked on everything from small studio shows to larger productions and tours, across musicals, opera, new writing, devised work and classic texts. I love that no two projects are ever quite the same. I’m always learning, adapting and finding new ways of working and I still get so excited every time I start something new.

What I love about performance is the magic of bringing all of those different elements together. There’s rarely only one way to tell a story, and so much of the joy for me is in discovering what it can become with the people I’m working with.
